Established in 2004, Trigrammic arose from the merger of Miller, Esselaar and Associates and Tina James Consulting. With more than 25 years of experience, Trigrammic has worked on many and diverse projects dealing with Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in African, Asian, Middle-Eastern and Caribbean countries.
Consultancy assignments have covered continent-wide studies as well as specific in-country assignments in Botswana, Namibia, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Mauritius, Kenya, Swaziland, Mozambique and South Africa, and the Caribbean, Syria and Sri Lanka.
Our experience makes us uniquely positioned to assist in shaping ICT4D policies and strategies, to advise and guide companies wishing to enter such markets, and to support governments, bilateral and multi-lateral donors and NGOs committed to helping developing countries exploit digital opportunities. A special focus in recent years has been results-based monitoring and evaluation of ICT4D programmes as well as country national plans.
We have developed an extensive resource network across a wide range of players – NGOs, the private sector, the donor community and other consultants working in ICTs. We have access to a range of specialised skills – local and international – which enable us to undertake research in support of strategic planning and development initiatives.
